Ok, so I just spoke with him yet again. He basically reiterated what he told me the other day. The condensed version is....they will be updating shareholders shortly. I cant put my finger on it but I get the feeling something is in the works and we are getting news very soon. I really think we are getting something this week. He couldnt talk very long because he had a scheduled call but told me he thought we should speak in a few days. That sort of tells me something is coming over next few days.

I asked if the shareholder letter he was writing was done and he said it is currently under review internally. So obviously he worked through the weekend considering it wasnt finished last week right? I asked if he enjoyed the super bowl and he said he didnt watch it. He worked most of the weekend! SOMETHING IS UP!!! They are doing something in the background for sure. Why would he miss the friggen super bowl to work!?

He did say that they have received a lot of inquiries asking when the company will be putting out news and when they will bring UATG current. He said there are no circumstances under which he could even think of responding to those e-mails as they would be a violation of SEC Regulations. I am not sure who is asking such ridiculous questions but they must be new to securities if they really think a CEO is going to divulge insider information to few shareholders privately. Hey, I guess it doesnt hurt to ask? lol
