For all the nervous nellies out there... here is something I noticed looking at the past PR's...
On Dec. 4, 2004, they issued a PR stating, "the company has targeted its first investment under current management and an announcement that includes the details of the investment is planned for later this week."
Dec. 4 was a Monday, and notice they said "later this week".
The next PR that came out was on Dec. 12th (the following Tuesday).
What this tells me is that the FCCN is NOT rushing itself, but making sure it is doing things CORRECTLY. They seem to not be too worried about "when" they issue PR's, but instead, making sure they are doing things properly.
I think someone else said they were going to expect it next Wednesday (the limit of 4 business days after LOI expires), I too will be expecting it next Wednesday, and anything before then I'll take as a surprise.
If anything, I think this shows how "serious" FCCN is about doing things professionally and properly. I mean why rush a PR that is pure fluff just so you can say you issued a PR. From what I've noticed, FCCN releases PR's that have substance and meaning to them, NOT fluff.
