Opinion. As the stock surpasses$1.00 there will be a reverse split and a small dilution. The split will likely be 5 for 1, this limiting the number of shares outstanding and allowing large institutions to take a position in the stock. This will be a positive and will also help with an uplifting to the Nasdq. The small dilution will allow the company to pursue further B trials and finally move on K development as well as commercialize B. Buyout will come within 12-18 months thereafter. Any thoughts?
