I wonder if Chappell's return to the Board of Directors foreshadows a change in Durrant's future status as both Chairman of the Board, as well as Chief Executive Officer.

There was discussion here quite some time ago about Durrant being able to hold both positions because it placed the Chairman in a position of undue influence over the company's executives (or vice versa). It was surmised that was why Chappell resigned from the Board at that time, and became the CSO.

As it stands, this gives two of our Executive Officers a seat on the Board. I can't get enough of either one of those guys, so I'm fine with both of them having dual positions. But with three major stock offerings in the last eight months, one of which is still in-process, I wonder if this means that our management team is shoring up the defenses of our Board seats, or perhaps responding to guidance from CRADA.
