They may not have one.....racing is the 2nd biggest sports event and until now race teams have had to search for their drivers who may be great or may suck...now the winner will be a tested driver with some experiance with national tv, PR, and racing in the same situations instead of someone off the dirt track, stright track or some small town race track with no real experiance except putting the pedal to the floor and praying they servive.
