Don't worry - if the ambulance chasing class action lawyers thought there was a ghost of a case here, you would see the "investigations" pop up on your broker's news feed for TMPS.

That might still happen, but I don't think you need to go looking for them, if they think there MIGHT be a case, the will flood the newswires with solicitations.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
