What's a realistic amount that this will hit near-term upon assumed winning of the lawsuit?

I'm seeing everything on various forums from people insisting that some unmentioned 1-20000 reverse-split has already happened and claiming $32/share (yeah, right) to multi-dollars to 50 cents to .01 cents and others who think it won't go over .0050 even after the lawsuit.

What's a more realistic number based on if we win say 1.5 billion from the lawsuit in and of itself?
