GEGP - Ice Lounge Media will be the new ownership per the last 8k. Hsiao Chen, of Kori Capital, was recently named President of Ice Lounge Media.

4.5 Billion is the unrestricted O/S. I believe 3.3 billion shares are owned by the company, so that may explain the large chunk of restricted shares.
