This company has no business operations, no employees (even the CEO is a contractor), no assets, no location, no bank account, nothing of value whatsoever for the 3B shares they've sold into the O/S. It is bankrupt and out of business, has been for quite some time. They propose to get cash from a toxic lender in exchange for discounted shares that will immediately be sold into the O/S. This is a stock selling pump and dump and nothing more.
