Yeah, the 600M O/S is good for a shell, there have been many other with higher O/S that have had some significant returns.
I do believe the $5k is procedural more than anything & those are I think different class of shares.

The 30M shareholder likely is a strong long on this stock, likely a poster on this board at one time as well. I suspect their intentions are for this ticker to prosper, so all longs should really be thank1ful for the largest holder to be a believer in the future of the ticker.

We shall, see. As it stands, the Caveat seems to be taking much longer than anticipated [month 2 I think] Guess time will tell, but certainly the Volume the last 3 weeks has been of note.

Hi. Bought with TD Ameritrade. I’m intrigued here as the shell is clean of debt and the OS is only in the 600 million range.

Have any of these questions been answered yet?

From the filings, the custodian sold 60% control to Cooley for $5,000. Why so cheap? Is that the typical fair market value of a clean shell with under a billion OS?

What’s the deal with this Latravious Bell guy who owns 30+ million shares but isn’t involved in the business?
