This is looking to be bigger than I thought it might, definitely dollars in the near future imo


$INND Clarification:
I know there is bashers that is starting to hit the social media. We would like to clarify a few things. As a few things are still be spread around as misinformation or out of context.

The company has started the process to complete all of the financials and to bring the company FULLY Current with Filings by the end of March. Regarding Reverse Split, that has been expired and never enacted and with current stock trajectory continuing, we will not need to perform a RS to complete our 2021 goals.

$INND is launching the next round of technology in March, with our new e-commerce website and existing retailers like Walmart, Amazon, NewEgg, Sears, Kmart, plus with (2) new retailers that we will be announcing soon, both are on the NYSE and 1 of them is a Fortune Top 25 company, with 1000s of locations. With many more retailers ready to offer our products in Q2 and Q3.

$INND - Finally to address the last few years. It just took time to get all of the retail partnerships up and running. For example, the Fortune 25 company mentioned above, we have been working with them since Beginning of 2019. It is just a slow process with these big companies, especially when these companies have ZERO Hearing Products within their businesses.

$INND - All the Big Box retailers, Pharmacies, Grocery Stores want OTC hearing aids, and with the law passed and signed into law by Trump in 2017, all of the retailers came to InnerScope. We had LOIs & proposals to pretty much every retailer you could imagine in 2018 and 2019, most of them at their request, since all of them wanted OTC hearing aids back in 2018. But since the FDA didn’t announce the OTC Hearing Aid rules/guidance, all of the retailers put $INND and the hearing category as a whole on the back burner. But now with the OTC rules about to be announced within weeks the retailers are picking up steam, and a few don’t care about the OTC rules and will go with InnerScope Direct-to-Consumer Hearing aids to start in March then switch to OTC hearing aids once it is announced.


$INND - FYI: there is no difference between Direct-to-Consumer Hearing Aids & Over-the-Counter Hearing Aids. Just marketing disclaimers & a FDA Blessing. OTC Hearing Aids will increase $INND sales channels & opportunities by 1000X. Which is why, $INND will be submitting our DTC Hearing Aids for FDA OTC approval the first day FDA opens up for submission. In the meantime, INND will be launching the latest Self-Fitting Self-Adjusting Direct-to-Consumer Hearing aids with Professional Remote Programming Services by INND Hearing Health Experts in March. This product launch would include a completely new marketing & sales strategy that will include infomercials, digital marketing, & marketing through retailers.

I hope this brings clarity to some questions. We will be diving down deeper in the coming days and weeks, but InnerScope is primed to re-launch the company and expecting solid product sales starting in March/April. With a lot more activity coming in the 2Q and 3Q.
