Tremor +39% in less than 2 months!

Listed in the UK and with operations in the US (as well as the UK, Germany...), Tremor made US$1.8m operating profit in the first half and has confirmed it made almost US$60m in the second.

You can read our full profile of the business below. The share price has begun to explode upwards. It has been hitting new highs and I think it's one you really don't want to miss! Time is of the essence.

Tremor has an interesting history, a very compelling product, and a very clear growth story. The numbers are solid, with more than US$450 million annual revenue run rate and it's so scalable - the last update said that US$10m turnover appeared to turn into over US$5m additional profit.
No wonder then it has had a forecast upgrade on 22 Sept, upgraded guidance on 21 Oct, upgraded guidance on 30 Nov, then upgraded guidance on 8 Jan.

Brokers targets are for the price to grow by > 50pc from where the price stands today. But they keep on lifting their targets again and again. They can't keep up with the growth rate.

The company has a mountain of cash, which is growing (free cash generated was over US$10m in December alone) and it has started to buy back its own shares in a rapidly tightening market. The two biggest holders also topped up. I think it could be one of 2021's best performers.

The price is already 39% above what it was when we told our subscribers about it at just 392p (now 545p)!


Lockdowns, riots, snow...all the things that might keep consumers at home only seem set to accelerate this one because the more consumers stay at home the stronger it becomes.

It could really be an astonishing performer because it has also appointed Stifel ahead of a possible dual listing in the US, which could drive a tremendous rerating. US counterparts are in the billions of dollars valuation; some don't even make money whereas this one is generating a mountain of cash at the moment.

The broker (US office) is still in the process of compiling its broker note, which we are waiting for. This is expected to come any day.
