#1. Since your presentation at Sole-Trout there is now the announcement of a BRPA/NRX merger in the works. Moving to Nasdaq is Great news for NRX. How will these moves affect RLF?

#2. RLF has invested strongly in RLF-100. How will the RLF Shareholders be compensated for the Patents covering Formulations of RLF-100 as NRX is using this as a Main Product for NRXP in that Deal?

#3. Together NRX and RLF have put RLF-100 thru the Severe COVID Aviptadil IV Clinical Trial. Now are they partners for an Inhaled 'At Home' product. Can you give Investors more information about these plans?

#4. GEM has been an Investor in NRX for some time to assist NRX with going public and development of NRX-100/101. GEM also has recently provided RLF with more support. How will GEM continue to be involved with NRXP?
