So now we know that #UL created a whole new mechanical testing category for #Solar Panel #LED #lighting standard Testing (now we need to know what the test is, is it the solar panel, the solar panel and LED lights and batteries as a system, or does it include the light pole too?).

The clue was in Nick's tweet that said UL "Mechanical" test certification. Roaming over the UL site I tripped over the light standard bran new test category.

Since another poster here found out that SNPW was the first to apply for test 5 weeks after it was issued, that tells me SNPW CEO nick already had NDA LOI's in place for using SNPW panels in an LED-Solar panel lighting standard, had deals lined up with Battery-LED light and controls fabrication firm in place to deliver the entire solar Panel-LED-Light and Battery and controls package with the paper work and money to pre-pay UL 5 weeks after the new category was created.

That tells me that the SNPW CEO had this all worked out in advance and likely asked the UL group to create the new test standard in the first place. How else would he have know to be ready so fast and to get the front of Buffet line.

He has all the political connections to get city-county-state highway folks on board to switch to these and the cost way less to install and maintain.

Government love to save money!!! We have a huge advantage not just on cost and freight, but no breakable glass hazards hanging over the public and freeways using the SNPW Epoxy-plastic solar panels.

Now the question is what all does UL test in that test category? Find that out then find out who packaged the rest of the stuff with our SNPW solar panel as part of it. How long does the testing take. Are we going to sell the entire Lighting standard as package, or act as the OEM for the solar panel only?

Doing some out side the $SNPW box looking to see if Schrodenger's cat is not in the box because he can be found outside the box I found this.

SWEET JESUS, look what I found
