...good morning: great series in Book of Mark today that we are going through at Grace Church in Detroit: Jesus sleeping in the boat during the storm, the disciples think they are going to die and then wake him up and ask why he doesnt care about whats going on.
The perfect analogy to our lives at some point.....at many points and stages. He is there, and has given us true faith and his Word that is always there regardless of situation. So even if things dont work out we can still celebrate as in the end we have a hope eternal, but in meantime his peace that passes understanding and present horrible circumstance;
....its crazy but i feel this peace in best and worst of times if i want it. So thats why i always scream GWoooooooo! in happiness and joy! And i aint talking self deluded blah faith cause i need that....but ever since 1994 and asking Him in my life, like a light going on thats never faded, this peace and Word and Holy Spirit has been there, even after my many too many to count sins and short comings....its all rather amazing and never gets old....i love it! Thank you Jesus!
