Understand that Common Stock gets cancelled

To bad here, but understand that the Bond Holders have $450 million claim on company assets, and even in a Chapter 11 reorganization the common stock gets cancelled, just the way it works.

The chapter 15 is liquidation, which means there is no attempt to reorganize and the common stock automatically is cancelled as worthless.

IMO you have a blessing to still be able to sell this, as most people don't understand what they are dealing with.
