Barrel Energy Inc (BRLL)

I just started studying the company today and what I posted about is part of my due diligence. I haven't yet found any official financial reports from the company later than those posted at the OTC site. I did see the press release called "Barrel Energy to Provide Tech Space for Lithium Battery Recycling" and I saw information about the connections between BRLL, ABML, and possibly TSLA, but that is not financial information and it doesn't explain why trading is taking place on BRLL despite the OTC ordering a halt on trading. I am the kind of investor who requires solid information; pure speculation alone is not enough for me - I am not a gambler (I didn't buy GameStop's stock for example). I am looking for current information about BRLL, from reliable sources, but I am finding nearly no current information.
