https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BRLL/news says that BRLL received a cease trading order on Sep. 8, 2020 (due to no financial report having been filed for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2020) and I see no revocation of that order and yet I notice that trading has been taking place from Sep. 8, 2020 onwards. How is it possible that trading has been taking place despite the otcmarkets not saying that they have revoked the cease trading order of Sep. 8, 2020?
