NASDAQ green light for trading. Tyche contacted me and said that they have full approval for public trading.

My restrictions will be lifted on day one of trading I am told.

Their Private Placements are now in Tranche 3 at $2.00, and they have just shy of 900,000 shares left at this level

Then its 1,500,000 at $2.50, then free trading which they expect to be May or June.
