That is alot of stuff that needs unpacking unrelated to investing. i am not recommending anything including what i would politely call, "what you don't know" about what I do or how i do it.

In addition, you are not aware of what the company can or cannot do for funding or other means to obtain capital to run the company.

i have not invested in the company in years and i do not believe they have needed it bc they have not asked me.

as to value, i have other opinions than yours not biased on previous bad decisions or circumstances i can only suspect....good luck to you and you might want to move on, best.
