not directed at you or anyone, just a coincidental phrasing...and of course, average joes cannot short a stock like this

i have never felt the need to be anonymous, i have been in the business long enough and have never had an SEC issue

collection issues though, yes; and, therefore i structure my investments that give me some protections regardless of how the company does.

you of course would not realize when i give a company a dollar i have to wait a year to collect and even then have tremendous difficulty in monetizing that investment.
