Then what you described would appear to be the next court action: whether the 27% due Parabellum by GDSI is recoverable as a litigation cost, above and beyond the damages listed in the judgement.
My non legally-based layman's opinion would be that it not recoverable as litigation costs. I would think that litigation costs would be very well-documented and include hours, expenses, and court fees. Not contingency arrangements.
If not, then wouldn't the money advanced by Parabellum to GDSI also be considered part of the litigation cost?
