I want to emphasize that GEM is the Major investor of both RLF and NRX. GEM and insiders own a controlling % of RLF shares. NRX is Private still...

GEM wants liquidity at a (much) higher PPS. (IMHFO, LOL). GEM may probably be thinking some (A BIG) Nasdaq Stuff with BIG SPLASHES. Institutional investors/Funds can play too.

THE JEWELS,,, RLF-100 Patent for formulations of VIP and now Inhaler for 'At Home' use.
Then there is NRX-100/101 for PTSD (etc) and ACER-100 for MSUD, both needing commercialization too... Almost sounds like a BP portfolio, IMO...GLTA...
