Wave has become the kind of company which you follow while talking about cricket and windmills.

The sort it hardly seems worth looking in on more than every 3 months when the results come in.

The sort where a person who doesn't know enough to make a case, battles endessly with another person who doesn't know enough to make a case ... because there isn't enough information to fetch up a conclusion with.

I'm trying really hard to remember when the last piece of substantial fresh news happened. Seagate is a story that is a few years old and still hasn't reached fruition. NTT Data was a grand sounding thing, like EDS, but never seems to move from theory into practice. Same for the US Army, which has as yet not mentioned the purchase of ETS. Dell began in 2004, and has been gradually rolling out its story. Intel was a 2003 (or was it a 2002) phenomenon. Was Gateway the last big thing that actually happened? - first talked about, but not named, in mid 2005.

Wow. Is that really it?
