The way I read and understand that paragraph is that "Lazar" didn't want any "unauthorized shares shareholders" to come back to him and "demand" any payment. Then he would have been forced to act and fork out money or replace those with "legal real shares". So I ask, there was no claims at court and I would venture to assume that the only claims would be from people demanding that their illegal shares become legal. Does this means that the 9 billion shares are void? Since they were "issued" to cover for the 8.2 billion illegally issued? I am no law expert so I reserve judgment on which way this will go. I would assume that the reason the unasserted claims was done, was to erase the 8 billion shares. We will see.
