Share structure question for the ones that have been here since day one. "Lazar" apparently added some shares for some debt. Got it. My question goes as follows: when Lazar did this, were the shares added to the "public" and if in fact that was the case, was this announced "on a PR" and to go even further, was the current share price "affected" by the release of new shares. I would expect that with a massive increase of shares, there would be a massive price drop on share price. Was this witnessed? Specifically if it was added to cover a non existent debt. If those shares exist and "are not part of the public" float in question (I am talking to you Mr. THALL) where are these shares actually located and how hard would it be to get rid of something that never made it to the actual public. How can you reverse split "the 8 billion shares" that are not on the public domain? Your answer better not be "READ THE 8K"
