When you look at the website now, it just doesn't make sense. Why are they focusing so much on this Maharlika, crytocurrency nonsense and betel nuts?

Here is what I think is happening. Instead of buying us out, it is much easier to buy Parent out.

Lat's assume that HERB is sitting on $1 billion in cash. Then it could cost say $600M to buy out Parent.

US Yasheng Group would survive. It would then consist of

1) $400M in cash ($11/share)
2) Mining, which is dormant
3) And this Maharlika/cryptocurrency nonsense which is nothing more than a hobby, IMO.

That would also explain why they are not saying a word about the 5 plantations.

We basically have 2 companies now, US and China. And they are going to split it up.

And then the question becomes, what are they going to do with all that money?
