I too, agree, "the rumor may be fluff," however, leaving behind a legacy seems to be already in motion and attempting to emerge from the Kirkland-side of the equation. Phil and his family have several businesses established, one with legal, a non-profit and PK Kirk's Board of Directors overlapping, so at least from the DP Kirk, Inc's side of equation, there may be more truth than rumor.

All that aside, for now, I will table a lengthy discussion on mergers, but just would add that at some juncture the SS equation would likely have to be addressed if PK Kirk, Inc. merges into the non-reporting shell of IHSI. But R/Ms and mergers in general a great deal of attention in the OTC and become quite attractive as both sides of the trade have a tendency to make a lot of money off of these catalyst.
