Agree with you, Papers. I must first state that I haven't sold any shares and won't anytime soon. Really no need to sell because things can still turn out "decently" ....but earlier this week we were confident it would turn out exceptionally -- times about 15 (pun intended).

To that end, it's quite frustrating what R.S. seemingly and masterfully orchestrated upon us. I have/had hundreds of thousands of shares that are now only tens of thousands. This is the proverbial bait and switch, or use and abuse. Manipulating tweets, in hindsight, that made us feel equal and part of the team. Only to find out that we are only 1/15th of the team and he wanted our vote like that of a politician. Without us, he would never be at this point.

Heck, I have nearly twice the dollar amount invested now that I did at the time of our 12/4 proxy vote. Had I known he was going to pull a completely unnecessary 1:15 RS, I would have voted, "NO." I still question why this RS was not mentioned in our 24 pages of documentation that we received in the days leading up to our vote. We were the speaking majority and somehow we ended up at the bottom. How?
