If your not diluting shares why has the share price dropped . As a public company we are not allowed to speculate why a stock goes up or down. As always, investors control the stock price. PCT management monitors the stock price, but their main responsibility is to grow the company .What is the status on the uplist ,uk deal .This is very frustrating. The uplisting process is onerous in my opinion. Accountants, auditors, lawyers and OTC Markets personnel are involved. At this time, PCT does not have an comment or status update.
