I can list 20+ tickers with between 2B and 8B shares that have had price moves between 100 and 300% to the upside.

I won't say they sustained those levels for a long period but only long term holders would care about that.

Although I don't know the exapact percentage, my guess would be the vast majority of gains in the OTC markets are short term.
