Please continue to talk as I appreciate your informative and well thought out comments. Dye did say they would not buy anything unless it was accretive and that alone is very positive along with validating paying the big bucks. My take is their is much in the works and yes the price for this acquisition is expensive. However, I believe consolidation is coming very fast and many mom and pop stores goose has been cooked. While I believe this company will thrive I also believe it is prudent to ask questions and get satisfactory answers from the old timers and not just the crap to the moon. Again thanks

Can they buy other dispensaries and put the Star Buds logo? Probably not IMO.
