The reverse split is not harmful if they have a right strategy. It only makes sense to do a 1:15 RS when that brings us to 1.6M shares OS, and 100M AS in treasury ready for acquisitions.

Plus, finra doesn’t take reverse splits lightly nowadays, there needs to be a plan.
