this morning social life announced that they were nearing completion of the escrow for MJ Link, social life receives repayment of a 350k loan from MJ Link out of that escrow so with them updating the debt today at 77k$ and them receiving the 350k i would imagine that they will pay off the remainder of that debt with the proceeds from the escrow. Hence why we will still be getting an 8k to announce the completion of the debt yet. Both dilution mms left the L2 and we haven't converted anything since Jan 25th so I would assume this is their plan as they said 9k of debt free in 1 to 2 weeks max
