I often think of my dad making mention to me of 1 Corinthians 15-----My dad always thought this really made life, death and the knew life crystal clear----just a few verses, but seriously reading chapter 15 opens many eyes to the truth....

1 Corinthians 15: 50-58

Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption. Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.”

“O Death, where is your sting?
O Hades, where is your victory?”
The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.

A little something to think on.....many might say ----I don't think so !!----that is OK, I choose to believe....I think the 1st time I heard the following was from my Uncle Earl not long before he passed....he told some non-believing friends that he would rather die and find all this to be true than to die and find all this not to be true. I do not know another's Spiritual condition and would not ever make a judgment where this is concerned-----but, suppose you are on the opposite end of belief than me, could be a good idea to just reach out and say, God, if this is for real speak to me------NOW !! This has to be done with serious inquires . I suppose where eternity is concerned, one, even if one does not believe should at least take the time and try/attempt to talk with the Good Lord about their personal place in eternity.....
