Fraud written all over it
I listened to the earnings report and q&A, went through their filings including the filed S-1. This has fraud written all over it. The numbers don't add up. The related party transactions as well as volume of transactions appear highly suspect. Somebody should look into this. They are defrauding in the penny stock universe.
