Riley Securities analyst Alex Rygiel raised the firm's price target on Century Communities to $77 from $60 and reiterates a Buy rating on the shares following the company's better than expected Q4 results. The homebuilder witnessed strong demand across all of its markets in Q4 and into January, where net new orders were up 77% on a year-over-year basis, Rygiel tells investors in a research note.
