Hi Ed,

Weedtrader got on us last time we discussed the certificates (lol). We paid $1,000 each for them so they were not free as you and I both know.

I haven't discussed the certificate with him. At this point legally it is not worth much at only 300 shares since they were issued before the 2015 action that I won't name this time (Ed I hope you know why I'm not being specific. See the first sentence above). I'm counting the certificate as a loss at this point.
