I am not an attorney but I have spent the last 40 years studying the brain and human behavior. I retired some years ago from the University of Miami and as part of my job appeared in court many times. One thing I found to be true about Judges.They all like settlements. That way both sides have to compromise and there is no need for a jury verdict which can be overturned.This judge is no different. I am convinced this case will be settled. I think Activision is out of bullets.
