I seriously doubt a law firm for a company, especially a publicly traded one, would divulge a companys moves before the company made a public statement. Also, a law firm like culhane meadows isnt going to make a mistake like that. Its a violation of SEC regs not to mention an ethical violation for a law firm.

We all know something is coming but not because the lawyers said something. At this point the company preparing for something big is just obvious.
