Questionable pumpers are all over SA's NGL board. Several posters claim the bad news was fully priced in and yesterday's PR wasn't news for those who followed events. Obviously the distribution cut wasn't priced in; the stock is way off today amid a very strong market. For example, only two of my 20 stock holdings are down. But I never buy troubled, highly leveraged stocks like NGL.

True, this distribution "suspension" was probable if one dug into filings, and PRs and especially articles and comments on Seeking Alpha, while skimming over cheerleader pump comments.
