There are no shorts, and most understand that.

Your little short report link you guys use has nothing to do with outstanding fails to deliver. All it shows is the way the market is being made by the mm's: they typically sell short on the ask and then cover on the bid. They also short sell and cover to generate volume for clients who need more volume to move shares when they are limited to a percentage of the volume traded.

I won't say for certain that this is dilution coming, as this sat at .0002 and lower for a full year. This could just be an orchestrated pump to unload all of the shares accumulated at that level rather than dumping newly issued shares.

Either way, those who come in late will be bag holders...
