The patents have been renewed and only VNTH has the signed agreement with NASA and thus only VNTH has access to said patents. The real interesting thing is how quiet the pumpers on Reddit and Twitter are this time around, it's as if they are keeping news off of the airwaves to ensure they buy in at the bottom.
