ABC owns ESPN and the brass figured ESPN needed the help in the ratings and since it is a sports channel they could use the programming. ESPN and ABC are the same entity! The parent company owns the rights to MNF so they decide where it is played. Nice try though.
UFC won't be live on TFN for a long time. Pre and post fights are but the actual fights.... not unless something really special works out between Spike, TFN and UFC,,,,
I don't see that happening anytime soon.... unless its a one time deal to promote TFN in the states... But I doubt that will happen this year... or before Spikes contract is up.. TFN needs to be WELL established in the us like SPIKE is now...
not saying never but I bet we are a good 2 years form a live UFC match on TFN America!
