I’d say it’s a decent possibility. Greater volume inherently brings more volatility.

Price might be driven up artificially but there’s no reason it should crash violently if the underlying business is sound. There will always be flippers looking to make a quick buck, but there will also be some folks that decide to hang onto those shares too. IMO exposure by groups like his are both good and bad. If you understand their goals, you can profit greatly both short- and long-term.

If you truly believe in the business, you can sell a small portion of your holdings on any ‘artificial’ spikes and buy back more on the dips. Use the volatility as an opportunity to accumulate more shares.
