VPLM filed a suit in Waco TX which has a very fair 20 yr patent experience Judge, the opposition filed a declaratory suit in NDCA. So now we wait on a ruling of a mandamus which has been expedited but no one really knows the time frame. I personally could’ve expected it this week or next. The time frame is my own opinion but why cut Apple to only 7 days response when the norm is 30. Good luck to all of us. If VPLM wins this the case in Waco will continue and I’m sure the Judge won’t be giving any extensions to the opposition after all of this waist of time and stalling tactics.
