Village Farms Intl Inc (VFF)

Hey UW.

To be honest this is probably one of the hardest quarters to figure out. So many things changed in Canada, so many things changed for Village Farms but in my opinion all for the better.

My guess is that with the addition of PSF they will make in the .05 to .06 EPS for the 4 Quarter. This is including the additional shares that will lower the EPS added by the offerings last quarter.

I am guessing the 2021 Year total EPS of +.18. Using a PE ratio of 10 or 20 for the sector would put us at fair value of $18 to $36. I personally think $25 to 27, if they post .05 or .06 for the 4th quarter would be a fair valuation.

The pros might even be in the ballpark this time who knows.

Should be very interesting to see how it comes out. I talked with Lawrence Chamberlin today expressing some of my frustration with the lack of retail investor exposure to VFF in the sector and even on TV, especially comparatively. He had some good perspectives for me and I really like how they are focusing on institutional ownership and buy in. Even bragged to me about fidelity taking on some shares. They know the real fundamentals will attract the big buying and long term investor over the day traders. Keep the faith this management has more skin in the game then we do and Mike hasn't done these share offerings without high confidence he can bring far more intrinsic value to the company over and minor dilutive effects we have had to deal with.

Seriously like so many things about VFF and 2021 should be a year we really start shinning over the competition.
