only 2 options in the OTC dilution machine playback

1. Increase AS
2. Reverse Split

Last rs was 2008 1 for 10 so they are overdue. All in the name of increasing shareholder value. I suggest they throw in to meet min pricing to uplist to the nasdaq as well
