Two different Filings, The 8K yesterday was to clear the Notes from converting or triggering any penalties this year by extending the maturity date until March, 2022

The RW Filing today is to withdraw an S-1, which was another round of fundraising (Equity Finance Agreement) with GHS Investments.

Just a guess on my part, maybe Cliff (CEO) is preparing for an acquisition.
