Okay so I did some research and in October of 2019 he went inactive for not filing per https://wyobiz.wyo.gov/Business/FilingDetails.aspx?eFNum=047192094113062148014192052010105122251198236129 but in Wyoming for you to merger your old business with a new one you have to be active which I. Wyoming you have two years or the Llc will be dissolved. So we have until October of 2021 for the end of APTs LLC. Thoughts??
